5. Testers and damaged boxed stock are 100% genuine, they have never been used or on display. Testers are not supplied free of charge and will have on the bottle or the packaging that they are for demonstration or not for individual sale. 7. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.

9. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. missfragramce reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

10. missfragramce reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.

If missfragramce has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. missfragramce will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. If an order is not received you must notify missfragramce in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

13. missfragramce shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

14. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, missfragramce will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, missfragramce will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full.
